Hibiscus Ginger Mocktail
1 oz Simply Hibiscus Concentrated Syrup
2 cups water
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
Sparkling water
Lime wedges
Instructions:
Bring the water to a boil and add the dried hibiscus flowers, honey, and grated ginger. Simmer for 5 minutes, then remove from heat and let cool.
Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve, pressing on the solids to extract as much liquid as possible.
To serve, pour the hibiscus-ginger syrup into glasses and top with sparkling water. Garnish with a lime wedge.
