Hibiscus Ginger Mocktail

1 oz Simply Hibiscus Concentrated Syrup

  • 2 cups water

  • 2 tablespoons honey

  • 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger

  • Sparkling water

  • Lime wedges

Instructions:

  1. Bring the water to a boil and add the dried hibiscus flowers, honey, and grated ginger. Simmer for 5 minutes, then remove from heat and let cool.

  2. Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve, pressing on the solids to extract as much liquid as possible.

  3. To serve, pour the hibiscus-ginger syrup into glasses and top with sparkling water. Garnish with a lime wedge.

  • 1/4 cup dried hibiscus flowers

  • 2 cups water

  • 2 tablespoons honey

  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves

  • Sparkling water

  • Lime wedges
