Hibiscus Rose Fizz
1 oz Simply Hibiscus Concentrated Syrup
2 cups water
2 tablespoons honey
1/4 cup rose water
Club soda
Lime wedges
Instructions:
Bring the water to a boil and add the dried hibiscus flowers and honey. Simmer for 5 minutes, then remove from heat and let cool.
Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve, pressing on the solids to extract as much liquid as possible.
Stir in the rose water.
To serve, pour the hibiscus-rose mixture into glasses filled with ice and top with club soda. Garnish with lime wedges.

1/4 cup dried hibiscus flowers
2 cups water
2 tablespoons honey
2 sprigs fresh rosemary
Lemon juice
