Hibiscus Rose Fizz

1 oz Simply Hibiscus Concentrated Syrup

  • 2 cups water

  • 2 tablespoons honey

  • 1/4 cup rose water

  • Club soda

  • Lime wedges

Instructions:

  1. Bring the water to a boil and add the dried hibiscus flowers and honey. Simmer for 5 minutes, then remove from heat and let cool.

  2. Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve, pressing on the solids to extract as much liquid as possible.

  3. Stir in the rose water.

  4. To serve, pour the hibiscus-rose mixture into glasses filled with ice and top with club soda. Garnish with lime wedges.

  5. Honey Hibiscus Rosemary:

  • 1/4 cup dried hibiscus flowers

  • 2 cups water

  • 2 tablespoons honey

  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary

  • Lemon juice

  • Ice cubes
