1/2 oz Lime Juice
1/2 oz Simple Syrup
1 1/2 oz Bourbon
3/4 oz Aquafaba (chickpea brine)

In a cocktail shaker, combine 3/4 oz Simply Hibi, 1/2 oz Lime Juice, 1/2 oz Simple Syrup, 1 1/2 oz Bourbon, and 3/4 oz Aquafaba.
Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake vigorously for about 20 seconds to create a frothy texture.
