3/4 oz Simply Hibiscus Concentrated Syrup

  • 1/2 oz Lime Juice

  • 1/2 oz Simple Syrup

  • 1 1/2 oz Bourbon

  • 3/4 oz Aquafaba (chickpea brine)

  • Lime slice for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine 3/4 oz Simply Hibi, 1/2 oz Lime Juice, 1/2 oz Simple Syrup, 1 1/2 oz Bourbon, and 3/4 oz Aquafaba.

  2. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake vigorously for about 20 seconds to create a frothy texture.

  3. Strain the mixture into a chilled glass.

  4. Garnish the cocktail with a lime slice for an extra touch of freshness.
