S.H Banana Sorbet

Ingredients:

1-2 slices yellow bananas

2- 2 0z of SH concentrate

3-2 teaspoons of Bourbon Vanilla flavour-or extract


Recipe


Slice 2 bananas-arrange on parchment or foil paper and freeze for 8hrs

In food processor add 1 oz os SH, 3-4 cubes of ice, half of the banana slices and process until crumbly

Add the remaining ounce of SH, and the banana slices and the Vanilla extract.

Continue to pulse until mixture reaches a creamy consistency

Stop to scrape down the sides of the mixing bowl

Remove from the processor and serve in a half hollowed-out blood orange

For harder icer-cream like-frees overnight and serve next day
